To qualify to make an investment in the Fund, you or the entity that you represent must be an "accredited investor" for purposes of Regulation D under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.You or the entity that you represent will qualify as an accredited investor for purposes of purchasing limited partnership interests if any one of the qualifications below is met. I am a natural person whose individual net worth, or joint net worth with my spouse, at the time of purchase, exceeds $1,000,000.
